Everything the app sends to our servers travels over encrypted connections (TLS: HTTPS and secure WebSockets). It is not end-to-end encrypted: our servers process your audio, questions and screenshots and pass them to our AI and transcription providers to produce transcripts and answers. We do not keep audio recordings. We do save your interview questions, the AI's answers, screenshots you capture, and the resume and job details you add, to your account until the account is deleted or you ask us to delete your data. Yes, with the Monthly Pass. When you start an interview, choose where it shows: on your screen, on your phone, or both. Scan the QR code with your phone and it follows the live transcript and every answer, with buttons to answer, pause recording and answer from a screenshot. Choose phone only and nothing appears on your computer at all. Each interview gets its own QR code, which stops working when the interview ends.
You can cancel anytime with no questions asked. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
